What a load of uneducated bologna. OP is such a dork.
You mean some earth-shattering twist like the lame ending of Halo: Reach? Chyah, saw that one coming a mile away, they gave it away that one trailer.
The beginning is the end? Really original, bungee, way to go.
Good thread, can't wait to experience the Frontier.

You are calling the OP uneducated and you don't even know how to spell "Bungie".

The Fall of Reach was a great novel. Everyone who read the books knew what was going to happen. The glassing of Reach was an epic event, manifested in the timeline. The end wasn't the point. What you did before it was what mattered. You saved the pillar of autumn, lad. You set Master Chief on his journey. Without you, The universe would have been lost.

I was just being sarcastic. It was a well written thread and I'm looking forward to what Bungie has up its sleeve this time. Thank you for understanding why Reach was such a good game, it kind of bothers me with people talk about how 'bad' it was. First of all, for exactly what you pointed out, the story was amazing. Secondly... IT'S THE CLOSEST THING TO PLAYING CE ONLINE. Third of all it was the perfect way to end the series. Beautiful. I don't understand why people hate on it so much. But yeah, just a joke. Now I'm wondering if he did think I was serious.

No need to thank me just because we have similar tastes, but thank you :) Halo Reach is actually my favourite Halo game, followed by 3, 1 and 2. My friends think it's awesome as well, so we can agree on the not understanding the hate ^_^ A beautiful Halo Swansong for Bungie. Also, a game I look to for trying to pry out information on different design directions they may have taken Destiny :D

I did not.
