The comments for these videos are always something like, "Russians can't drive" but it's only because Russia is one of the only countries that require dashboard cameras, so all the videos we see are mainly from Russia. Thousands of accidents happen every day in the US and other large countries. If every country was required to have dashboard cameras we would see a hell of a lot more viral videos like this. There are horrible drivers in every country, not just Russia.
