Thinking about it I would want 2 titans, 2 hunters, and a warlock, position the two hunters at different vantage point for over watch to identify and eleminate leadership to send the enemy ranks into chaos, next I would have the two titans keep the brunt of their attention with on going suppressive fire so the hunters can continue pick them off, the warlock I'm not sure about considering I have no grasp of the crazy ass powers they will have, if the titans and hunter could keep the enemy occupied enough I would want the warlock to get to the refugees and use those powers to set up a defensive barricade to keep them protected and work on a way of getting them out of there if the titans and hunters some how can't keep them off the refugees

All it is is wind and rain, that helps me a lot, the wind makes it harder for the enemy to hear the warlock as he slips to the refugees, and the rain keeps my hunters covered, as long as the titans stay in a defensive position and run around they don't risk slipping, falling, and dying, the enemy is gonna be I'm such chaos from the lack of leadership it's gonna be them, slipping, falling, and dying
