• Thank you for trying. I've not heard of or experienced this issue myself, so I don't know how widespread or common the issue may be. You may want to visit this topic, copy the reporting template and either insert your specifics for that form into your OP or make a comment with that template. That way, the web team can attempt to replicate your issue in order to resolve it.

 • I wonder where should I post my request, PM or make my own thread since I couldn't comment on that. Could you give the OP's link that started that thread.

 • Post it here. Copy and fill in the template, and either edit/paste it into your OP or make it a comment to your OP.

 • Fml I can't even comment on that thread. But I was thinking that it might be like that because I linked my former account's xbox email to another (long story) and when I now tried to unlink the xbox account from my b.net acc, I got an error. Could that be the the problem. Maybe I'll just browse this site with an another browser since explorer seems to work fine. But that only proves that the issue shouldn't have been cause by the xbox accounts.

 • Linking/unlinking accounts shouldn't be causing this behavior. If you can post with Explorer, please fill out one of those bug reports and include as much information as possible.
