By hopping onto the Admin account and make your account Admin.
If you're the only account on the computer, to run a program as admin, right click it, then click on "Run as administrator".

Wait, I got on the admin account. How do I give other accounts admin privileges?

You're automatically the Admin.

Edited by CostlyAxis: 5/18/2013 11:17:27 PMI don't have/use Windows 8, but if you are the sole account on the computer then you must be (at least in Windows unless Windows 8 changed that) the administrative account. Is something telling you otherwise?
