Anybody hear of the Star Wars BattleCry project?
This is a standalone nonprofit mod being devolved, while I am unsure if it will really ever be completed it looks like it has some sort of potential to be good. From the moddb link you can also find their main website; this project intrigues me to say the least.
I just found out about it from a friend today.

Unfortunately EA and DICE might steal its thunder with a potential Battlefront 3 announcement in the coming year. But i've been following these guys for a while, best of luck to them.
