Just because it has a mushroom cloud appearance doesn't mean its nuclear guys...trust me we would know right away if it was nuclear even from appearance.
Israel or whoever dropped it isn't dumb enough to drop a nuclear weapon.

Top comment does some math (Involving speed of sound and light) and ends up putting the camera at about 2.2 miles away. If it was a nuke, from that close up, the effects would have been much... obvious.
