because according this new "Universal Background Check" law proposed by the house of representatives, they're all hardened, violent criminals and/or irreversibly Mentally Insane as determined by simply having said diagnosis for a [b]learning disability[/b], without a court appearance or due process.

2 RepliesHere is the problem with the government having the say on what mental conditions D/Q you from owning a firearm. They quite literally can make up any bull shit to bar people from owning a firearm. Take Anti-depressants? No guns for you. Sought help from a Psychiatrist for a tough time in your life? No guns for you. That is what really scares me, the idea that anyone can get D/Qed from owning a firearm just for taking Zoloft at one point. Which about 50% of Americans have done at some point.
