I wouldn't say confirmed but there is a four armed variant next to (behind) the robed figure in that concept image. Certain others (behind again) seem to be much larger but unlike the large hive creatures already pointed out by others.

They also seem to be growing random eyespots or compound eyes on their faces- interesting, given their Bungie Space Zombie counterparts the Flood (forgive the comparison) function without eyes, AFAIK.
