I think the melee function will be geared towards Titans, but I'm sure that Hunters and Warlocks will have some sort of close range defense. If there are assassinations I'm pretty certain everyone will be able to do them. By the way the unknown class, or "Vanguards," might be a melee-oriented class, heck, they might even have metal shields! ;)
