Destiny for PC?
Is Destiny going to come out for PC gamers? I think that it is a market that Bungie shouldn't ignore, after all, a lot of us were Bungie/Halo fans too. I don't own an Xbox anymore ever since I moved out for college, does that mean that I can't partake in the returning of Bungie unless I buy a console?

As stated before, unfortunately for the PC users: it's most-likely not able to release on the PC. The way I see things: More people own consoles than up-to-date computers, so making this game available on the console will bring in tons of money no doubt. The con- why can't they just take the time and put it on PC. A Steam release would bring this game tons of prosperity. But (although I'm not certain) it may be a bit more pricey to make the game available to PC than we think. And will it give them profit in the end? Second, the next-gens are coming. and fast. So there will be tons of new buyers for the consoles. Whether they be this generation or the next. They're making the game for both PS3 & 4, those who do not own a console currently are sure as hell waiting for the next-gen. Maybe they're playing it safe financially. And/or the game's function may not seem very accepted by the PC multiplayer norm. It may be compared and ridiculed. Although this is all my opinion, I'm hopeful it does come to PC- I aspire to buy one in the near future and would be more than happy to be playing Destiny on it.

Maybe a Steam release? No announcement has happened for PC that I've seen.

Honestly, the "controls" thing is a load of crap, because of how effortless it is to use an Xbox 360 controller with a PC.

2 RepliesSo far it is only announced for Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4. It is presumed that it will be announced for the next Xbox soon. Nothing has been said about a PC or Mac version yet. So far Bungie has stressed that this is a "console shooter". Even if there was to be a PC version or a PC port, I'd expect it to be announced later and probably released after the console versions.
