Simple question for those of you in university: Do you prefer to take your classes in the morning or the afternoon? Most of my classes are scheduled in the afternoon around 2-5 (however, I do have a class that runs until 9:30 on Thursdays...) because I loathe getting up early - though this diminishes the time left in the rest of the day.
-
At my college, classes have 4 time slots: 9:00AM-5:00PM, 1:00PM-9:00PM, 5:00PM-1:00AM, and 5:00AM-1:00AM. You don't get to choose which time slot you get, and I haven't had a class that started at 5:00AM yet, but I find that I am at my best in the 5:00PM-1:00AM time slot.

I prefer to get up and have all my lectures done, but I still appreciate the breaks in between. Four lectures in a row is not kosher...

I'm at my most productive (usually) between 10 & 1. So that has always been good for me. However, if you are in a more interactive environment (Tutorial, lab etc) i've always found that works better just after lunch.

When I was in school, I preferred to have things scheduled in the morning. I didn't mind having classes that started early (8-9). I'd go to class for the morning and then head off to work. I enjoyed being able to get home by 3 or 4 every day.

Mornings, definitely for me. The commute is the only painstaking issue for me, but that only occurs on the way to university during that dreaded 7-9AM rush.

Middle of the day. Early morning is absolute hell, and you'll probably sleep through the late afternoon classes.

Depends. My schedule today is from 9-11 and from 16-20. -blam!- that.
