It would be cool, but I dunno how possible it would be. How would you download them? And I can't help but wonder if Microsoft would consider it modding and ban you for it, even if Bungie didn't care, hah.

    I was talking with NoWai about it and I've sort of change it to just making skins and designs on a wide variety of possible add-ons. Rather than just aesthetic, you could make a damage meter be a magic-used meter or a damage received meter or something like that. This is mainly because, apparently, Microsoft and Sony make it so that no software can be downloaded to your console unless it's pre-approved or something like that. e: As for the "how would you download them?" question: through a Bungie app downloaded through PSN or XBLM where you could manage your add-on skins.
