Obama's administration working on taking out DOMA act

Since lower courts found it unconstitutional, the Supreme Court is planning on hearing a case out. Thoughts on this? Seems like the government is trying to push equality by taking out a law that basically discriminates against gays and lesbians. If DOMA is indeed struck down, that'll be one step closer to social equality. Edit: DOMA stands for: Defense of Marriage Act, which basically says, "Only a man and a woman can get married."

 • It's going to be exciting to watch the supreme court court go over this, especially since there is a really high chance that they will find DOMA unconstitutional.
