It was the mobile app. The cursor was just there to imply your hovering finger.
I've seen this done multiple times, it just so the person watching can better understand what's going on

I don't think so because of the (Y) button icon in the lower right. Seems to be xbox and the cursor is probably from kinect as Sine Metu mentioned.

Oh I didn't notice that. Probably kinect then. WAIT!!!! The next xbox is speculated to require internet to play games, and the Destiny Vidoc said it will require internet to play. The next xbox also requires kinect to play, and that part of the video looks like it WAS using kinect! :O
