Edited by Uberdawg: 2/7/2013 3:24:34 AMAs a huge fan of the second game (haven't gotten to play the first), I'm psyched big time. Witcher 3 is probably my most anticipated game at this point. Also, I've heard bits of information but have not read any material beyond that Kotaku piece. The picture shows a cloaked figure riding a horse next to Geralt, though, and it looks like he has a Witcher's silver blade on his saddle... Witcher Bromance confirmed?

Read the leaked GI article. Its open world, monster hunting is now a fully fleshed out series of quests, quests come in 3 varieties (Geralt Story/Side Stories/Political Story) each can be done whenever you feel like or not at all, no more QTEs, revamped combat (reading about a monsters weak spots can give you new combat opportunities against said monsters), takes 20-30 minutes to cross entire map (on horseback), world is 20% bigger than Skyrim, even more hair/clothing/armor customization options, etc... Also its the FINAL Witcher game.
