If a crime has no victim, should it be legal?
If a crime has no victim and the only reason it is illegal is because a significant amount of people disagree with it morally, find it disgusting, or find it offensive, should it be legal?
(Note: Illegal drug use does not count. The user and the many people who are harmed/killed because of the market and practice can be considered victims.)
