If a crime has no victim, should it be legal?
If a crime has no victim and the only reason it is illegal is because a significant amount of people disagree with it morally, find it disgusting, or find it offensive, should it be legal?
(Note: Illegal drug use does not count. The user and the many people who are harmed/killed because of the market and practice can be considered victims.)

2 RepliesAll drugs and prostitution should be legalized. People can do things at their own risk without the government holding their hand through life. Like Ron Paul said, if heroin was legalized, how many of you would start doing heroin? None of you.
