I think it was Recon, but maybe Foman... one of them said they can still ban and the likes, but we're expected to just avoid people now. They'll only deal with serious issues. My guess is like mass spam or porn linking.

Why wouldn't they want to punish people who break the rules?[/quote]Probably because if you don't like it you can just avoid it, but some people might want to see stuff other people don't. I'd guess the Webteam means they'll be allowing a wider variety of discussion now? Just a guess.
