The biggest issue here is that you can get discussions meant for one "hashtag" (whatever the hell it is) tricking over to other areas.
For example, I go into #Gaming and see a bunch of non-related topics to gaming, just because the OP's decided to tag #Feedback, #Bungie, #Community, and whatever the hell else they wanted just to get attention.
It is a broken/abused system right now.

Exactly, this is another problem that needs to be corrected. Users are simply going to string a bunch of tags together, and when I decide to explore certain tags for certain topics, it's going to leave me sifting through all the undesirable topics left there.
