Malwarebytes and Combofix are top notch. Malwarebytes is free, but a paid version allows passive protection. The free version will let you initiate scans, and will catch almost anything. Combofix is a bit more powerful, but it has the potential to mess up your system if you don't know what you're doing. malwarebytes.org ... I can't link a .org, I guess.
