I'd like to do the same but lack motivation. I have asthma so it's hard for me to get started, and if I stop for one day I stop all together. I'm glad to see you're doing well though :)
Any tips you can provide?

Asthma shouldn't stop you, I think Australia has an olympic swimmer who has astma pretty bad. I also have it a bit but it comes and goes, I need my Ventolin frequently when I play sport. Use it as an obstacle to get over :)
