Simply because the game is just not for the casual or in-between gamer and the simple fact you blatantly allow cheating in the best parts of the game so anyone attempting to truly improve or better themselves has to deal with a highly toxic environment. Also... I'll never understand the sheer abundance of weapons in this game that honestly are waste of time getting besides certain exotics that seem to be necessary to function in higher tier content though even that is unbalanced with subclass imbalance, ability imbalance... I mean just utter imbalance period. It's just not fun and when you're not having fun it's time to go; time to stop putting money into something that really isn't cared about beyond a monetary factor. I'm still play with what I have from time to time but I can't give a company $100 for more disappointment and frustration.
