Onslaught Rewards
Anyone else feel like they aren't very well rewarded for completing all 50 waves of hard onslaught? I feel cheated when I spend over an hour in a difficult activity, and I do not get a single brave variant for any of the weapons.
If I'm spending THAT long in an activity, I should be guaranteed at the bare minimum, 1 of these unique variations, or even really up my chances at getting them. Maybe I'm reaching, but it would be nice to have a better incentive to make it to round 50.

8 RepliesI've said this before, legend onslaught needs at least one guaranteed shiny and guess what, people say the drop rate is fine because "it's supposed to be rare" Why bother playing onslaught for reissued weapons they sunset before?

6 RepliesI don't mind lack of a variant, but I do think they should increase the amount of tokens we get. If you complete a full 50 waves, you should get at least 50 tokens for normal and 100 for legend.

Yeah, you would think you'd get a brave weapon after 50 waves on Legend difficulty. Especially since they can still roll with perks you're not looking for.

There zero reason to run legendary mode. It’s just as rewarding as normal.

Bungie just wants you to run it a million times and be so frustrated that you come to the forums and post about it. They are only happy if players are miserable. Bungie HATES fun! Fun and Engaging Onslaught is not! Repetitive, unrewarding and overly challenging for the time invested Onslaught is! I have seen one gold drop, and that is it. No point in running onslaught as I will never run it enough to get a gold drop of what I want even attuned, as that only works for about 25% of drops. I will do a 10 level once in a awhile now that shax is maxed out and that is it. There is no point in grinding into the 40s with a match made group over and over and over to always leave frustrated. Heck I had a group fail at wave 9. Yes I am a casual player, and do my best but it will never be good enough to carry 2 slouches who both were expecting a carry. I can't reliably get to wave 50 in an match made group, so why bother with the time investment. I get nothing for it.

Making people play the game like a streamer just to get one drop. Im done with that company. Only way i come back at this point is if so y takes over.

You’re not reaching. You should be guaranteed a shiny after beating a legend 50. There’s so many weapons with so many variations and then they are time limited. This is a Bungie thing imo.

3 RepliesI turned in 777 brave tokens this morning. 3 shinys - All trash and dismantled. The other 74 weapons, bar 1, were dismantled. I like Onslaught, but the rewards need to be looked at.

1 hour? You think that’s long? Bungie disagrees. They think you should grind a minimum of 12 hours for one thing you want.

I find the rewards perfectly generous on Legend difficulty. I find them absurdly low on regular difficulty. -

2 RepliesI didn’t get many shiny weapons but turned in 20 tokens at the weekend and got two shiny Blast Furnaces, one perfect PvE, and one (virtually) perfect PvP roll. Pleased and surprised. I only run normal onslaught and have so far got what I wanted in terms of gear.

Yes it's crazy. I have three shiny and none of them are the weapon I attuned for. Recluse and two Elisies Rifles. Can't get a decent mountain top to save my life blast furnace attunement drops everything but the gun lol....

2 Repliesif you all think the FS will launch 1st of June l would start preparing for another delay . and once launched it will be planned nerfs and more down time. wait for bungie to fix the mess and price drop around November .get it cheap and less down time for all the fixs.

i feel what you go through but i always get atleast 3 from each 50 in normal of 1810 i honestly dont know if my luck is that good or i just do enough dps compared to the others that it breaks
