Cross Saves
I had an old PSN account linked to my Xbox for cross saves, I want to deactivate PSN account but I don't have or know the information to it. I still have access to the Xbox and the information. Is there anyway I can unlink my old PSN account to make room for the new one without the email and password.

Hey there, Thank you for reporting. Unfortunately, you will need to be able to log in to any account you want to unlink. We can't force any unlink to an account you don't have access. You will have to work with PlayStation to reaccess it and then unlink the account.
