Account linking and cross save
Recently i wanted to unlink my playstation account from bungie because i lost my gmail, so i created another account with a gmail i had access to, but in order to unlink an account from bungie i needed to deactivate the cross play.
Now im aware that by deactivating the cross play, in order to reactivate it i have to wait 3 months. Anyway, i did that and managed to unlick my playstation account from my bungie and link my new account but ofcourse i cant access my characters on psn cause i have to reactivate the cross save.
Is there any way i can reach out to bungie in order to resolve this issue or any other way i can do something to resolve it myself?

2 RepliesYou need to work with PlayStation support to recover access to the account then deactivate Cross Save before unlinking any unwanted accounts. Bungie won't forcibly deactivate Cross Save or unlink any accounts for security reasons. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031-Destiny-2-Cross-Save-Guide
