My personal suggestions for improvement

I would like just to share my personal suggestions to improve the fun in this game that I considered so much fun some years ago (and not so much right now). The biggest issue for me is the huge risk of wasting time doing repetitive tasks without achieving anything. Here are some examples: - We start a dungeon or NF or any other PVE activity with some good/new rewards but we keep dying at the first boss. We spend 3 or 4 hours trying and at the end we cannot make it. Result? No good rewards and we get only frustration and wasted our time. No fun in this and next time we will spend our time in other activities (or games). - I have just 30 minutes of spare time, so maybe a quick play in PVP but the only good/new rewards are in Trials. I lose all the matches. Result? No good rewards, frustration and wasted my time. No fun in this and next time I will just play something else unless some veterans in my clan are available to carry me (at least time is not wasted). Obviously I am not a "pro veteran super expert", I am just a casual that often does not have a team (and when searching for a team, 99% of times I find other casuals like me). I just want to spend some time having fun with a game, not frustration (if I want frustration I play souls-like games). The only reason to do highly repetitive activities is to achieve good loot. Like most of the people I don't have so much spare time, so time is the most valuable thing I have and I cannot afford the luxury of wasting my time: this is the reason why I reduced a lot the time spent on Destiny 2 in the last year. This is something that can be easily improved changing the approach and providing rewards for spending your time (your most valuable thing) on this game. Again some examples/suggestions: - PVE: Provide an "easy" difficulty level with resurrection always available in PVE so that it is possible to go always further in a dungeon or PVE activity. - PVE/PVP: give high end loot just for spending time in an activity. I cannot reach the end of a dungeon? No problem, if I reach a certain amount of points, then I get the same reward (of course completing the dungeon with high difficulty level will make you reach immediately the needed points and also double reward given by the final crate) I cannot reach the lighthouse in the trials? No problem, just play them and achieve points (with losses also) and it will be possible to have adept weapons (with more than 7 matches of course). It is not a problem if casuals or players without a team get the strongest weapons or armors, it will make the game fun again and provide a reason to play for all and not only for veterans. - Loot: improve loot logic. PVE activities should provide PVE loot (weapons with PVE rolls, armors with custom PVE mods) and PVP activities should provide PVP loot. If I get fun only with PVE activities and one lucky time I find a good team and reach the end of GM NF, it is disappointing to find a PVP god roll weapon (and viceversa).
