Instead we get the dollar store Hawkmoon perk on it now Friendly reminder that the Hung Jury or the strand 180 scout can both roll with Box Breathing , which deals 107 to the head unbuffed and can be followed up by 2 headshots for a guaranteed 3 tap at 180 or with any damage buff whatsoever will in fact : *drumrolls* 2 head 1 body. Now, I know that the PvP community could give less of a -blam!- about scouts, but why is a 180 rpm weapon allowed to do that with no setup other than adsing and a 140 with 30 range isnt?
