Problem about voice chat

I have a small problem with my sound in game when a voice chat is on but when its off just normal.
I try settings in my pc and in game/my mic and headsett but nothing work. Even on internet i can't find a
solution
I really like to know what to do with this

Hello there, Thanks for reporting. We launched a mandatory "date of birth" screen in Destiny 2. This is a one-time ask. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat or even buying silver. I have the same audio problem as the game is disabled, I can't whisper, and I can't even buy silver in the game
