Players who constantly leave matches or constantly play with a poor internet connection will be subject to a restriction. This policy is in place to stop certain players from ruining the game experience for other players. You can still play Destiny 2, but you won't be able to play PvP activities.
If this is your first restriction, then it will last for 2 weeks. If this is your second, third, etc restriction then it will last for 2 months. See the below link for details.

No specific reason was given. Bungie directly blames and bans players for their disgusting ptp system. It turns out I shouldn't play pvp because Bungie can't provide quality matchmaking. Thanks, but I won't eat this -blam!-.

It’s not Bungie’s fault players choose to play with an unstable connection despite being warned not to. Bungie is only protecting the game experience, nothing wrong with that. Plenty of people complain about players with poor connections, so Bungie has implemented this policy. Even if the game was played on servers, it wouldn’t resolve the issue of a player’s own crappy connection. Those players would still ruin the experience for everyone. Personally, I’m glad Bungie takes action against players with poor connections. Those players ruin the experience for everyone. For help troubleshooting your connection, see the below link https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496531-Network-Troubleshooting-Guide
No, your connection is not “fine”. If it was, you wouldn’t be restricted.
-
