Exotic cypher bug
Just finished the mission from Xur. Went and talked to him and got nothing. Was a little bit confused and checked my inventory. It was full. I cleared a bit, checked the mail and there was nothing. The game thinks i got the cypher but i didnt. I restarted the game and nothing happend either. Does anyone know how i can still get it or is it gone for good?

It’s gone and it specifically tells you in the quest you won’t receive another if you interact with Xur. That’s why mines still in my quests.

Unfortunately, if your inventory was full, I believe the Cipher has been sacrificed to the void and you'll have to wait until Xur comes around next week to run the quest again.
