I've been recently working on going through the season quests so I could learn about out more of the story. After I finished Season of the Deep, I decided to work on Season of the Witch. I don't have the quest though so I just ran through the Way of the Witch mission, then it put me in Savathun's Spire. I noticed after finishing that, I had no progress for anything related to the quest. So, after some googling, I've tried checking the machine next to the Post Master to see if it was there. After that, I tried to just keep running Savathun's Spire, to the point where I've ranked up with the vendor that is associated with it. I've also tried starting a new character and not skipping any of the missions that it throws you into because I've read that skipping it could bug out the quest for the character, but it never forcefully threw me into it. If I could get any sort of insight on why it's bugged or if it's just user-error, I would greatly appreciate it.
