So I ordered two boots on the Bungie store with the season of the witch emblem and the darkstar one, although upon purchase of it totaling £160 i did not receive any email confirmation off my order. This meant i have not received my two emblems or don't even know when I'm getting my boots despite payment being taken from my account. The two boots were the 30th anniversary Pampa SC boots and the Witch Queen Pampa boot I have already raised a ticket with bungie store support, outstanding for 4 days but no response, there's no messages in my spam or any other folder either; please help!
