Hello and thank you for your report. I was able to reproduce your issue with Osmosis not working on Servant Leader. In my testing it was the Rapid-Fire Ranger perk that was preventing it from working correctly. Here's a video of me reproducing the behavior: https://streamable.com/zlth30

Thanks for helping narrow it down; upon testing, I have achieved the same results-- when I had initially reset my artifact, the effect of it not applying Osmosis would still linger unless the weapon itself was also swapped and re-equipped WITHOUT the Rapid-Fire Ranger perk already disabled. Seems the problem has been narrowed down the exact issue; thanks for helping with the analysis and submitting a report yourself!
