Thanks for your report. We'll pass this along to the developers. Some players report they are able to more consistently access the portal by sliding into it.

Cheers - It works fine for me if I go in from the front of the portal. It’s just when you walk round to the back of the portal by the bookcase and enter it from there that I have problems…
