[issue resolved] Error Code WEASEL when trying to equip Fighting Lion catalyst
Edit: Ok so I just tried again and it just worked. I did nothing differently

I've tried restarting the game, equipping the catalyst while the weapon is equipped/in the inventory/in the vault, and I've tried it on a different version pulled from collections. No success so far
