Liar's handshake does not work properly with the gathering storm super (and hasn't since the launch of arc 3.0) First, the cross counter punch does not trigger after a single punch and often requires 2-3 (basing this off normal punches). Second, receiving melee damage will almost never trigger a cross counter punch. Bonus, the arc explosion from lethal current will "consume" your cross counter buff with no benefit. Minor gripe, please allow the arc explosions from lethal current to contribute towards stacking the combination blows buff.
