Tirton Vice overflow stops Winterbite from slowing or freezing targets. Secondary projectiles from Winterbite do not reliably trigger Triton Vice's death explosion.
After getting the Triton Vice I immediately tried it with Winterbite only to notice that when overflowing the magazine you no longer slow targets hit by the melee. I also noticed that it wouldn't always trigger the elemental explosion on kill from the secondary projectiles while using a Stasis subclass. Unsure if this is effecting other ammo-based glaive perks.

I think it's just because it's coded differently as a heavy. I noticed that leviathans breath doesn't get the damage buff offered by the updated oath keepers. Side note: 100% recommend the exotic hunter arc glave. It's chain lighting kills with the alt fire can also cause explosions and gains a damage buff.
