I have obtained all the Strand fragments, aspects and abilities however I have no option to pick up the Final Strand quest from the Pouka Pond. This is now happening on all 3 of my characters after acquiring the new aspects. I am able to use all of the aspects (new ones as well), have all the fragments, jumps, grenades, etc. however I do not have the option to pick up the exotic quest for Final Warning sidearm.
