ABOUT THAT DUNGEON SOLO…
So I did the entire Spire solo and I didn’t get the triumph for it, kinda annoying that I went through all that for nothing…

My assassins cowl hunter got me easily through it. On the bosses with the orbs and right build you'll have your gathering storm super every dmg phase then just use whatever weapons for maximum dps

21 RepliesHate that for you. I spent a few hours this weekend trying every build, and weapon combo I could think of on all 3 classes. Around 5% damage was all I could do per run on the first boss. I don’t understand how videos are showing 4-5 phases when I’m doing the exact same thing and not coming close to the damage output. Yes I’m aware the faster the eyes are taken down the longer the damage phase.

4 RepliesIT is really the only thing holding me back from rank 11 and I just have no interest in sitting for hours to figure out and beat it in one sitting. If I could break it up into parts then maybe id tackle it.

30 RepliesThe solo dungeon is probably the worst experience I've had in destiny in a long time. Honestly, I can't believe they left it as a requirement with the way the dungeon is currently. The health pools are set for last seasons mods, and it took me 40 minutes to solo akelous. I got to persys and saw that it would take just as long, so I quit. If we could just go back to our checkpoints, that would be fine, but who has 3 plus uninterrupted hours to spare.

I can solo spire with my eyes closed, the biggest challenge is not falling asleep while doing the same mechanic the whole Dungeon However Kingsfall, having to swap out runners and activate the plates 3 times every round requires more communication than I can do, so Level 7 I stay this season, I wish soloing a patrol mission was the only thing holding me back -
4 RepliesNot letting us use a cp really doesn’t make much sense, it doesn’t take skill to not take a break lol. Besides making us do it in one continuous run is actually very unhealthy. I have arthritis, by the time I’m done doing a solo flawless my hands are on fire and I can’t sit down for an hr. If it hurts me then it hurts you too, you just don’t know it yet.

1 ReplyThere are videos on reddit every once in a while where people get error coded while soloing, even when they are basically done with it.

You have to do it all in one run. You can’t leave and come back. Otherwise it won’t count

Did you leave the dungeon at any point? If so. Then that’s why I’m afraid.

17 RepliesSame 2nd run was solo. Took many hours. Took a short break and sent orbit. Finished it solo. Did not get triumph. Had to re run it without breaks.
