Commendations Not Available in Raids
After completing a raid, I am not able to commend other players of have other players commend me. This is a massive hurdle for the commending 50 players requirement for Guardian Rank 9.

Think they have time gated it, Done a few dungeons in a row on lfg with different people and it locks me out from giving commendations. Also they were different dungeons.
