Can't get contact with Bungie Foundation Support team

My lifetime fundraising reached $10k in Game2Give 2022 event, but I haven't get the $10k tier incentive rewards. I sent emails to Bungie Foundation Support team for help but never get any response since the event end. I don't know how to resolve this problem now.
