i claimed loot on prime gaming a few days ago and i thought it just bugged out like it does sometimes since it wasn't appearing, so i waited a few days but it's still not appearing but i check and the loot was claimed on the right account, what can be done ? ( i already talked with amazon's support they cannot do much if the loot was claimed on the right account)
