Dear Bungie, Last week I played +40hours to reap the rewards of the Double Loot from Nightfalls. It is the only week I usually play really hard. And I decided to try out playing Titan. This was a perfect time to start my character and try to get some good exotic armor, since I had close to nothing. Lost time at work, and played my heart out day&night. I had more fun then expected with a new character, but got mostly so-so exotic gear. Until.... I still had about 10 total exotic engrams in my postmaster (for both my warlock and mostly for my new titan). Decided to grab them before reset/update, in case it would fill up or I would forget. Got a sweet Eye of Another World for my warlock. Love that exotic and it would have been my best. [b]MORE IMPORTANT:[/b] [i]Finally got what I had been grinding +40hours for in a week;[/i] [b]A Heart of Inmost Light[/b] with a [u]excellent [/u]roll: 63+ stats with almost only High Resilience, Recovery and Discipline. [b]Couldn't been more happy. The perfect exotic for a new Titan.[/b] Felt all those hours was not in vain. Actually over the moon. Couldnt wait to playing more before Lightfall, learning my character better and having a chance on harder content. Was even thinking of getting the pre-order of Nightfall, to keep evolving my new Titan. Then..... [b]Logging in today, it was gone. [/b][b][u]+40 hours gone.[/u] [/b] PAIN. The exotic engrams was back in postmaster and gave me SIX trash DUPLICATES. Which is impressive, since I have about 10 different exotics in general. In panic I tried to use the exotic engrams with the season pass, hoping it was there. Nothing of value. Even got two more duplicates of trash exotic Titan armor. So now, all the original Nightfall Exotic Engrams are gone, and I have only two saved exotic engrams left from the season pass. I'm on the verge of quitting completely after this clusterF, to be completely honest. I worked [b]hard[/b] to get that once-per-year exotic armor. Had it in my hands and deserved it. [b][u]Then you took it away from me.[/u] [/b]And I'm never getting back the 40+ hours. And this situation completely sucked all joy out of the game. [u]You owe me a near-perfect A Heart of Inmost Light. [/u] I'm not giving up until we have a solution.
