Legendary Campaign
I have been going back and completing the legendary campaign missions.
I just completed The Ritual and I noticed that it still showed unfinished so I completed the mission again. It shows in my game history that it is completed, but it does not show in the triumph

You need to do it from the replayable mission icon just below Fynch on the Throne World map, not from the weekly mission icon below Flourescent Canal section.
