But let's rewind a little: we have the main focus, subclasses, abilities, aspects and fragments. What a good clean! I would like to have another section in my subclass window where I can choose from a range of diffuse exo-abilities or (secondarily) special abilities. These could, now freely poured out of the sleeve, have the effect that: • the floor is brightly electrified • the ceiling suddenly collapses • cover appears as a complete surprise • Laser barriers sticking out of the wall that would just...look cool •including other nasty things Bungie could possibly dream up 🙄 Since these would be quite extraordinary abilities, they would have to be triggered separately, of course I thought of that, and that's where the...traha!...exo weapons come into play! <DRUM ROLL> Each season you should select and determine certain exo-weapons that are able to trigger the above-mentioned exo-abilities exclusively. Furthermore, 1-2 community favorites could make it into the seasonal pool of available focus weapons via voting. process So the player would use one of the exo-weapons that can trigger this season's exo-abilities upon achieving a given achievement with it. At that moment, the exo-ability is charged and can be used by holding down the exo-weapon shoot button How do Focused Exo-weapons trigger their temporarily assigned Seasonal Exo-Abilities? I benevolently leave that entirely to the know-how of the talent that Bungie pays on time every month. ———— In summary, Exo-Abilities are extraterrestrial abilities that involve the map in their destructive force and can be charged and unleashed via certain feats with seasonal-rotating exo-weapons.
