Yeah cuz I'm on the get rid of crucible as a whole crowd. It's the single reason this game is falling apart. So there's a lot of us that would influence the opposite way. I don't say it because I hate pvp though. I say it because the pvp is holding this game back from reaching its potential. It will never be an amazing game ever again so long as crucible exists. You can disagree all you want, and I know some will. But this is fact. The classes can't be top unique or it creates a power imbalance. The subclasses all have to function too similarly, which leaves them dull and uninteresting. I agree that the pvp community is large, but it's a fraction of the pve community. And the only reason they come even close in size now is because bungie has basically let their content die

I agree that polling the entire community would be heavily influenced by the anti PvP crowd, so if there were to be a poll concerning a PvP change it should be aimed at people who spend more time than average in PvP. Maybe pole only those who spend 3+ hours a week in PvP or something. If you start there, I doubt that most players in that category would want a basic mode taken away, even among casuals. I think that would be fair enough way to determine what the PvP crowd would want, but if it would really work who knows.
