Collections Error 2022

It's 2022 and I have an exotic in my inventory but in my collections it is not reclaimable, stupidly I decided perhaps there was an error due to having the Exotic in my inventory and since Exotics are supposed to be so easy to recover what you EARNED already I deleted it to attempt to reclaim the weapon. Now I don't have the under leveled and unmodifiable exotic nor can I pull it from Collections. There seems to be no legitimate way to reach out to Bungie reguarding errors like this due to this not falling in Thier very limited views of a problem without thousands of people complaining about it, frankly I'm pissed. I will not grind that raid again for it.... If Bungie does read this please make it easier for us to contact you about problems like this....

Hey there, this is the way to contact for support. You didn't mention which exotic it is, but I suspect it is Legend of Acrius, is that correct? Legend of Acrius had two forms, the first was the incomplete 'quest' version with a single-shot magazine. Once you earned that from a Leviathan completion, you had additional quest steps to complete using it. That would upgrade it to the second version, the 'true' form, which has a two-shot magazine and a full set of exotic perks. In addition to this, the 'quest' version could not be vaulted or infused, and would not show as unlocked in Collections. Only the true version did that. As you did not complete the full Exotic Quest, the only option available to you is to dismantle the incomplete version and repurchase the true version from the Memorial vendor at the Tower.

  • That’s not an error.
