Can't claim my prime reward in-game
I haven't been playing for a few years but i've been calming prime rewards and I have too much that it don't show any when talking to amanda

and this one is on DIM when I go to the vendor [url]https://pookie.report/images/VagueXuanhuasaurus.png[/url]
any help on how to claim them would be appreciated!!!
