Hello there, In order to unlink an account, you first have to disable cross save and/or unlink accounts, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. I would suggest contacting the platform concerning recovering the platform account. If you are unable to gain access to your account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.

 • I found the account which was a third one that had the online ID changed. Bungie doesn't reflect the updated User ID for PSN listed in the cross save page, and I only figured it out from pure luck as this name change happened all the way back in March. In addition, it also shows the old username in-game as an alias which I no longer wanted to be associated with, and was the reason I wanted to unlink/undo cross-save in the first place. There should be a better way to update linked account usernames without having to authenticate/disable cross-save as the process can be obscure as a result of said lack of updates.

 • Just to add what the mentor said. Bungie doesn't store our login information. They use the systems authentication system for us to login.
